Coaxial cables

RG6 Coaxial Cables (Coaxial) – Reliable RTV/SAT Signal Transmission
Coaxial cables are specialized high-frequency (RF) transmission cables used in antenna installations, terrestrial and satellite television systems, and CCTV monitoring systems.
Thanks to their coaxial structure, they provide stable transmission parameters, high resistance to electromagnetic interference, and a controlled characteristic impedance of 75 Ω, which is crucial for signal quality in RTV/SAT installations.
A typical coaxial cable construction includes:
- an inner conductor made of copper,
- a dielectric made of physically foamed polyethylene (PE), ensuring stable transmission properties,
- shielding in the form of aluminum foil and braid (Cu/Al), increasing resistance to interference,
- an outer sheath made of PVC/LSZH or PE, adapted to environmental conditions and installation requirements.
Applications of Coaxial Cables
Our CONOTECH coaxial cables are used in both professional and residential installations:
- DVB-T/T2 and satellite antenna systems,
- multiswitch and SMATV systems,
- RTV/SAT installations in multi-family buildings and public facilities,
- CCTV surveillance systems.
Thanks to their wide range of applications, these cables are a standard in modern TV and telecommunication installations.
CONOTECH TRI HQ Cables – Triple Shielding and High Transmission Qualit
Our product range includes TRI-SHIELD HQ triple-shielded cables, which represent a quality standard in our production. The combination of three shielding layers with a dense braid (approx. 90% coverage) ensures high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI) and stable signal transmission across the entire operating bandwidth.
This solution provides:
- high shielding effectiveness,
- effective elimination of external interference,
- low and stable signal attenuation,
- reliable performance in multiswitch, SAT, and RTV systems with higher requirements.
CONOTECH TRI HQ cables ensure stable transmission parameters even in environments with high electromagnetic interference, such as multi-family buildings and high-density cabling installations.
Fire Safety Classes (CPR) – TÜV Rheinland Certified Safety
One of the key aspects of modern cabling systems is fire safety, defined under the European Construction Products Regulation (CPR). Coaxial cables are classified according to reaction to fire, smoke production, flaming droplets, and acidity of combustion products.
Our portfolio includes cables compliant with the highest safety class B2ca – s1a, d0, a1, meaning:
- B2ca – very limited contribution to fire spread,
- s1a – minimal smoke emission, ensuring high visibility in fire conditions,
- d0 – no flaming droplets or particles,
- a1 – no corrosive (acidic) gases during combustion.
These parameters are confirmed by certificates issued by the independent notified body TÜV Rheinland, providing objective proof of compliance with strict European standards. In practice, this means an increased level of safety, especially in public buildings, commercial facilities, and projects with high fire safety
Installation Conditions and System Reliability
Proper installation directly affects transmission quality. It is recommended to:
- use appropriate sheath types (PE, UV PVC – outdoor installations; PVC/LSZH – indoor installations),
- avoid excessive bending radii,
- maintain distance from power cables,
- avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress,
- allow extra cable length during route design.
Thanks to high-quality materials and precise construction, coaxial cables ensure long-term and stable performance even in demanding environmental and installation conditions.
Quality Guarantee – 10 Years of Reliability
As a coaxial cable manufacturer, we offer a 10-year quality warranty, confirming the high stability of technical parameters and repeatability of the production process.
Thanks to strict quality control and the use of high-grade materials, our cables maintain their transmission properties for many years of operation – both in indoor and outdoor installations.
